Hey there. I know things may be going to shit now but please try to make a meaning for life. Life is horrible sometimes and it hurts us st very differents moments. No journey is easy but it's in those moments of crisis that you become strong, that you fight. What I suggest? Do stuff. Occupy your mind with activities and exercise. Rely a bit more on fruit as an energy source and acknowledge your feelings and work with them. Find out what is truly wrong and work towards a solution. Trust me. Love
